Anthony “Buckwild” Best. Buck is one of the great hip-hop producers, creating countless hit records including Notorious B.I.G. record, “I Got A Story To Tell” (which Buck is interviewed about here). He produced “Whoa!” for Black Rob which is in Chris Robinson's-directed film Shooting Stars which premieres on Peacock later this week (the new remake of White Men Can’t Jump also features this song).
